Yes, robots eat donuts. Robots enjoy donuts even more than humans do, since robots don't gain weight or get cavities. The donuts that Rocknor's Donut Factory makes are energy-infused to help robots run. This is talked about a little in the "Donut Factory Blues" level in the Donut Academy building of Rocknor's Donut Factory.
